In January 2018 Charlie launched a training and education business that helps business owners and consultants win more business and grow the value of their brand using LinkedIn and strategic networking. Before this, Charlie starting and running her own business of making and selling Olive Oil in Sardinia. She had no business plan nor did she have the savings to fund the business.
